While we would love to be able to serve everybody and provide everyone who is after a new floor with exactly what they want, it isn’t going to work. Here we share 4 ways to help you decide.
What don't we do?
Simply put we aren’t here to provide a quick, cheap, low quality fix, so if you need a carpet or flooring quickly, just any old thing to cover a floor space, then we might not be the shop for you.
Here we address 4 key areas that come to mind when trying to find the right floor for you, and if they resonate with you we think we will be able to help.
Consultancy and getting to know you
Art of Flooring prides itself on the relationships we build with our customers. We really take the time to get to know you, to learn about your home, your family and your needs, we aren’t just here to sell you a floor.
By doing this it means we can make suggestions for you based on what you really need and not what is going to make us the most money.
For example, you may come in looking for a wooden floor, but then through discussion realise that perhaps you aren’t planning to be in this home for too long and decide that actually a less expensive but still fabulous Luxury Vinyl Tile would be perfect for what you need for now.
Or you may come in after a nice woolen carpet with large loops and then realise on talking it through with us the cat would have a field day shredding this!
So by taking the time to talk to you we can help you decide what will really work for you.
Price
A new floor is not a cheap investment if you want to get something that will stand the test of time (and cats and dogs and kids), however our first thoughts are not about price.
We don’t price match, but we do aim to meet your budgets. This might mean we suggest another product for you to meet this budget but quality would never be compromised.
We only sell the brands we truly believe are excellent and that will last, so you don’t need to be starting again in a couple of years’ time, as that would be false economy and a huge waste for you.
Time
Don’t rush!
A floor can be a huge space to cover and if you pick something in haste you may find that you make the wrong decision. It could be a large and potentially expensive mistake.
So when you visit Art of Flooring you won’t feel pressure to rush your decision to find the right floor for your home. We encourage you to take the time to find something you really want and that you will love.
Disappointment and mistakes are NOT an option! So take your time, talk it through with us and we will find the floor for you.
Quality
You may just want a floor to cover a space, and aren’t worried about the quality or where you get it from. If this is you, then we probably aren’t for you.
However, if you want a quality service, where people take the time to support you AND a floor that will last then we will be able to help you. We sell bespoke, high end products that last and look great.
And not only that. We also use professional installers, who are skilled and trained to fit the (often specialist and bespoke) products they are installing in your homes.
Quality is key across the board and is something we strive to provide for our customers.
