Restoration
We love to see old, tired and wooden floors given a new lease of life. That’s why we work very closely with our sister company Art of Clean to restore existing wooden floors and make them look brand new.

Sanding
Sanding removes the top layer of your wood floor and makes the surface smooth, clean and prepared for the new finish. The floor sanding system we use is 99.9% dust-free as we use an advanced extraction system.
Staining
Once your wood floor has been sanded back, repairs have been made, and any gaps have been filled, we can, if required, apply a coloured stain.
Finishing
There are two main options when it comes to wood flooring finishing: lacquer or oil. Lacquer is a durable, low maintenance option, but it can be prone to scratching. Oil is slightly less durable but is easier to repair if the floor starts to look a bit tired.
