Why are we appointment only?
To ensure that we can give you our full attention when you visit our showroom, we operate on an appointment-only basis.
Why did we change?
It had been on our mind for some time about how we work with clients when they visit our showroom on Milton Road. We wanted to make changes to allow us to serve you to the best of our ability.
During the Covid-19 outbreak, we made changes for the health and safety of our staff and clients.
Moving to an appointment-only basis ensured hygiene standards were met and social distancing was practised without compromise. The positives arising from these changes have lead to us making this a permanent system.

How has this helped us improve?
An appointment-only showroom has allowed us to dedicate our time to you. Knowing that we will not be interrupted has allowed us the opportunity to focus on your requirements and ensure you understand the choices in detail.
Booking your appointment in advance means we can prepare for your visit. If we don’t have what you are looking for, we can inform you or find an alternative solution before you arrive.
How does this benefit you, our client?
Our clients say they feel more comfortable in a closed-showroom environment. The service is more personal, and you don’t feel rushed into making choices. You can move around the showroom and browse through all products at your leisure, asking the questions you need to. This wouldn’t be possible if we were busy with another client.
What about my children, can they come?
Children are more than welcome. We understand that with busy family life, it can be challenging to find time for appointments. At our showroom, we can find an area for younger children to play, or for older children to chill. Now you know they’re safe and occupied, you can have a moment focus on your project.
When is an appointment not necessary?
Visits to our showroom will always require an appointment. If you arrive without an appointment and we are with a client, we will kindly ask you to book an appointment at another time.
If you have a project that does not require new carpet or flooring such as restoration, we can make arrangements to visit you following a discussion by phone or email.
