Guarantee
All our suppliers will provide you with their own product guarantees, but we can expand on that. Due to our membership of the Carpet Foundation and our association with Pallmann, we can provide you with extended guarantees both on products and installation, and we can also offer security on any monies paid and work to a set code conduct when dealing with any after-sales enquiries that you may have.
Education
We are trained by Floorskills, a training centre that provides extensive training on all flooring-related products and services. We are fully proficient in the use of moisture meters to ensure you get the right floor fitted in the right conditions. We will advise you of the appropriate products required for your needs, and we will only choose fitters that are qualified and have been fully referenced.
Experience
All our fitters have more than ten years’ experience in fitting carpet, vinyl or wood flooring. We also base our recommendations for your floor type on over ten years’ experience gained in cleaning, restoring and caring for floors within Art of Clean.
