Phil and I (Sam) recently attended a training course at FITA with Richard Renouf (Floorcoverings Consultant, Trainer and Expert Witness)
This one was all about improving our knowledge and skills to quote for domestic work and using a systematic approach to save time, improve accuracy and clarity, and avoid errors and customer complaints.
We do this role every day in our jobs but this doesn’t mean that we need to stop learning, in the same way that other professions need to keep learning.
It keeps us fresh and up to date with industry changes and stops us from slipping in to bad practice.
